煙臺市信德機械制造有限公司是為塔式起重機配套生產(chǎn)迴轉(zhuǎn)減速機、各種變幅機構、卷揚提升機、礦山、液壓頂升系統(tǒng)的專業(yè)生產(chǎn)廠家，技術力量雄厚，現(xiàn)有大學本科機械設計技術人才26名，大學本科機械制造技術人才24名，設備精良。加工、裝配、工藝、裝配齊全。
在綜合各生產(chǎn)廠家，同類型回轉(zhuǎn)減速機產(chǎn)品優(yōu)缺點基礎上，經(jīng)建科院及其它院所高級工程師重新設計，研制了內(nèi)部新的齒輪結構，強化了材質(zhì)及標準件的強度。使三級行星齒輪，承載能力和抗沖擊性能倍增。具備了結構緊湊、壽命長、效率高、扭矩大、密封好、無噪音、運轉(zhuǎn)平穩(wěn)等特點，是用戶放心、順心的可靠產(chǎn)品。
同時，公司還生產(chǎn)各種精密機床備件：車床、磨床、銑床、鏜床等精密度主軸、砂輪軸、頭架主軸、絲杠付、蝸輪付、精密齒輪及各種機床配件。是全國各機床廠、配件商店的配套和供貨廠家，也是外貿(mào)向西歐、美國出口產(chǎn)品的生產(chǎn)基地。
產(chǎn)品通過“國家建筑機械質(zhì)量監(jiān)督檢查中心”驗收合格，其產(chǎn)品銷往全國各地：廣東、黑龍江、烏魯木齊、北京、上海等省市均采用我公司產(chǎn)品，并隨塔機出口阿爾及利亞、蒙古、俄羅斯等國家。
