江蘇江威齒輪箱制造有限公司（起源于常州市江威減速機(jī)制造有限公司）始建于二OO二年十月十一日，是一家致力于技術(shù)、設(shè)計(jì)、開發(fā)、生產(chǎn)、機(jī)電化經(jīng)營一體的綜合性企業(yè)，公司注重人才、技術(shù)、管理的新理念，重視對(duì)企業(yè)的內(nèi)在素質(zhì)和企業(yè)管理水平的提高，先后進(jìn)行了企業(yè)的員工培訓(xùn)與學(xué)習(xí)。2004年在全國同行業(yè)率先通過了ISO9001質(zhì)量體系認(rèn)證，獲國家一級(jí)計(jì)量合格單位，同年在國家工商總局也注冊(cè)了中國•江威品牌，三個(gè)商標(biāo)①國內(nèi)商標(biāo)權(quán)；②國內(nèi)漢字商標(biāo)權(quán)；③出口商標(biāo)權(quán)等

  隨著業(yè)務(wù)的發(fā)展，在2006年新建立了江蘇江威齒輪箱有限公司，2006年7月公司在常州市附近，江陰市璜土開發(fā)區(qū)征用了50畝土地，3.33萬平方米，已建設(shè)完工投入使用的廠房6598平方米，在建工程16000平方米廠房，2007年9月全部建設(shè)完工，公司擁有固定資產(chǎn)1.26億元人民幣，在職員工500人，各類專業(yè)技術(shù)人員120人，擁有各類設(shè)備500臺(tái)，其中世界先進(jìn)的德國產(chǎn)磨齒機(jī)10臺(tái)，韓國產(chǎn)加工中心7臺(tái)，日本產(chǎn)先進(jìn)的復(fù)合式加工中心6臺(tái)，其它數(shù)控設(shè)備10臺(tái)，國產(chǎn)大型滾齒機(jī)3臺(tái)，數(shù)控機(jī)床2臺(tái)，普通機(jī)床12臺(tái)，大型鏜、銑床3臺(tái)，及一批普通設(shè)備等等，在國內(nèi)同行中，是一家擁有設(shè)備、技術(shù)、產(chǎn)品等的中型企業(yè)。公司產(chǎn)品為塑料、橡膠、礦山、煤礦、起重、冶金、鋼鐵、塑膠、港口、水利、油田等等相配套，也可根據(jù)用戶的要求，設(shè)計(jì)非標(biāo)減速機(jī)。
