賽迪裝備為重慶市綠色冶金裝備系統(tǒng)工程技術研究中心依托單位，是重慶市企業(yè)技術中心，具有優(yōu)秀的人才團隊和較強的科技創(chuàng)新能力。公司現有員工500余人，其中各類專業(yè)技術人員230余人（享受國務院政府津貼專家2人，教授級高工及高工23人，工程師77人），擁有高級技師、技師等職業(yè)資格等級工人200余人。
