北京中技克美諧波傳動有限責(zé)任公司成立于1994年12月9日，注冊資金2500萬元，位于首都機(jī)場西側(cè)北京天竺空港工業(yè)區(qū)內(nèi)，占地面積6511.7平方米，是國家科技部批準(zhǔn)的“國家諧波傳動技術(shù)研究推廣中心”和“諧波傳動國家重點工業(yè)性試驗基地”，是我國第一個專業(yè)從事諧波傳動技術(shù)設(shè)計、開發(fā)、生產(chǎn)、銷售、服務(wù)的高新技術(shù)實業(yè)公司。
公司產(chǎn)品主要有以下四個標(biāo)準(zhǔn)系列：XB1單級諧波傳動減速器和組件、XB2內(nèi)嚙復(fù)波諧波傳動減速器和組件、XB3扁平式諧波傳動減速器和組件、XBF相位調(diào)節(jié)器用諧波傳動減速器和組件，年產(chǎn)已達(dá)萬臺套。
公司現(xiàn)有職工60多人，另外還集中了我國多年來從事諧波傳動技術(shù)研究的專家、教授及科技人員，具有較強(qiáng)的技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力，十年來公司做了大量的技術(shù)創(chuàng)新工作，使產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)多樣化，滿足了不同用戶的特殊需求；曾主持完成了我國多項諧波傳動科技成果，并獲得了國家及部委多項獎勵；通過與合作單位聯(lián)合攻關(guān)，研制成功具有世界領(lǐng)先水平的固體潤滑諧波傳動減速器，并成功地應(yīng)用在我國“神舟號”系列載人飛船及衛(wèi)星等航天飛行器中�！�
